The mayor of Libohova, Leonard Hide, has presented himself to SPAK. On March 18, 2024, a preliminary hearing was to be held in the Special Court against Hides, who is accused by SPAK of abuse of office when he was chief of crimes at the Gjirokastra police station.
SPAK has completed the investigations and submitted the request for trial to the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, in charge of the mayor of Libohova, Leonard Hide, and several other persons, including police officials.
