" The police have not come out with an official version of who is the person who appears at the scene of the crime, unofficially from the Albanian investigation and justice authority it is accepted that he is Ibrahim Lici. After the massacre that shocked the country, a series of investigations have been carried out to understand how he left the scene. There are doubts that this citizen may have been injured, and therefore there were several verifications classified as top secret, which include surveillance and wiretapping. The local police are carrying out secret operations to find out who are the people who managed to treat him. There are some unofficial versions that the injured person may have been treated by doctors in the south of the country, but there are also doubts that he is currently in Tirana ".
Hoxha says that the Prosecutor's Office is very close to identifying the third person who participated in the assassination, who is considered an assistant.
"Referring to very reliable sources near the investigation group, I can say that a third person has been identified who is considered an assistant in this assassination."
Regarding this assassination, the journalist raises several questions.
" How did the much-wanted Ibrahim Lici manage to enter Albania while he was ranked as one of the most wanted. How did a wanted person roam freely in his hometown? This raises doubts about the local structures from the prosecution, the police and other services that serve information to each other .
If you consider the dynamics of the event, he was in the vehicle with his brother and his friend. So we have to keep in mind that criminal groups are more informed than the institutions themselves when it comes to searching. This case proved that criminal groups have "exclusive" information about their opponents. I cannot say whether Ibrahim Lici was leaving Albania for how long he had arrived, but I can guarantee that this crime is of a very sophisticated nature, but the perpetrators have left traces behind and we can say that we will have a name. "-said Hoxha.
