This is a photo of a few moments after the murder of 52-year-old Eduart Reçi in Tirana, at midnight on Wednesday.
From the inspection of security camera footage, the perpetrator does not appear at the time of the murder. Reçi was walking when he fell to the ground after only one gunshot.
For this fact, the investigators have doubts that the author may have shot from a distance from a height and then left without a trace.
So far there has been no sign of him and the investigative team is working to open remote cameras in the hope that it may lead to his identification. The investigative team did not find any shell casings at the scene.
The relatives of the deceased told the police that they were not aware of any conflict that the 52-year-old may have had.
The latter, an entrepreneur in the field of construction, was killed near the building he had built and where he was living on Elbasan Street.
