This person you see in the footage filmed by an amateur camera, just a few minutes after the assassination attempt with 3 dead and 1 injured in Shkodër, is wanted by the police.
He is suspected to be the third person traveling in the car together, with the two victims Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati.
As you can see from the footage filmed by the citizens, he stands right next to the victim's car, and appears with blood on his hands and face.
It is not known whether the blood marks were caused by the removal of the bodies from the Benz type vehicle with Croatian license plates, or because he was injured by the barrage of bullets.
Although until now the police has not made an official announcement about the identity of this person, sources close to the investigative group indicate that the possibility is not excluded that he is the much-wanted Ibrahim Lici.
This data is expected to be proven after examining the security cameras in the area, whose DVRs have not yet been opened, as they are encrypted. For this reason, the police sent them for expertise.
