The justice authorities are getting ready to have more penitents and associates of justice.
For this reason, the harsh regime found inside 313 has been closed to adapt to the place where the penitents of justice will be held.
After the closure of '41 Bissi' in Tirana, only a similar regime located in the high security prison in Peqin will continue to be functional.
The capacity of the 41 bissi of Beijing is for 40 prisoners, while all the cells of the previous 41 bissi in the capital have been turned into the prison of associates of justice. In the premises of the building that was promoted where the people of organized crime who give orders from the cell would be kept, the arrested persons who have the status of repentant and who have spoken or are speaking on account of the investigations led by SPAK have been moved.
This change, according to the same sources, was made to guarantee the absolute safety of the lives of the penitents and at the same time efficient and immediate transport, in any case when the prosecutors evaluate their question. Since building 313 is connected to the Special Court by an underground tunnel, this element is considered a necessary measure.
At the moment, eight justice witnesses are kept in the penitentiary prison, while 3 others are kept in another prison.
