The 15-year-old girl, who accused her father of rape, comes out of the forensic examination without being sexually abused. The news is confirmed by journalist Klodjana Haxhiaj.

The girl stated in court: "My father had taken my phone, so I reported him. I lied that my father did not give me the phone."

The defense lawyer said that the girl was not abused.

The court does not grant a protection order to the girl and the mother. At the protection order hearing, they apologized to Bledar Rako and asked that he be released from prison and from the charges.
