In the investigation file of SPAK, details on the plans that criminal groups, according to their interests, were drawing up for the elimination of opponents, rivals or those they consider as enemies are disclosed.
Referring to the investigation file, on 19.05.2020, the citizen Arben Ndoka communicates with the citizen Blerim Abazi and the latter gives him information about the location of Durim Bami and his connections by writing to him:
" ...Today I dropped my nephew off to see where they live, either Elda or Kastrati are the key points. He feels safe there. We need one near his house.... Little Bedriu is waiting for him but lek. But I don't know what's wrong with me. If we drive it, it will come out, don't be idle. So, he hangs around a lot. Why I like not to take both in the same car. We burn them there, we have as much time as you want, God is our boss ", says the file published by journalist Klodiana Lala.
Following the communications contained in the investigation file of SPAK, on 20.05.2020, citizen Arben Ndoka communicates with citizen Blerim Abazi and the latter gives him information about the location of Durim Bami, also tells him places where an ambush can be carried out and the place where they can hide the vehicle that will be used in order to carry out the murder. The above writes:
" ...In Ure te Gjole, we have a house for storage in front of Elda when you come 3 minutes away, it is on the side. That's where he acted quickly. Car when you want with a gun, in my garage. I'm dealing with that hairy Durim Bami, the others die by themselves. Tell us when you have time, let the 4 brothers come over there, have a drink. Yes, from the hill above, capture the thu in the yard with a sniper. We also have a good road that takes you to Ura e Gjole in Thumana ".
"On 21.05.2020, citizen Arben Ndoka communicates with citizen Arian Tuku who complains about citizen Samuel Ndoka (grandson of Arben Ndoka) because he is talking too much and has told different people that he is receiving information from citizen Emiljano Shullazi in regarding the location of citizen Durim Bami. Arian Tuku writes:
... my nephew, how can he keep his mouth shut, he said "to the hat".
According to the investigative file, provided by journalist Klodiana Lala, citizen Elvis Ndreca, in cooperation with other yet unidentified persons, had the role of observer, localizer and accomplice with the aim of killing citizen Durim Bami.
Referring to the file, the citizen Gjin Ndoj, in cooperation with other still unidentified persons, had the role of the localizer and accomplice with the aim of killing the citizens Durim and Valter Bami.
In the file it is evident that the citizen Marklen Haka had the role of providing information on the location of the citizen Durim Bami with the aim of killing him. Marklen shared this information with citizen Emiljano Shullazi.
From the investigations so far related to this episode, it appears that:
On 07.01.2020 Emiljano Shullazi communicates with citizen Marklen Haka and from the entirety of the conversation it is suspected that Marklen informs him about the movements of a person (suspect Durim Bami) with an armored car or Range Rover.
On 10.01.2020, citizen Emiljano Shullazi communicates with citizen Marklen Haka and from the entirety of the conversation it is suspected that they are communicating with citizen Valter Bami who drove a Range Rover type car.
On 18.01.2020, Emiljano Shullazi communicates with citizen Marklen Haka, among whom he gives orders not to trust citizens Durim and Valter Bami, telling you...God bless Marglen, what are they doing, don't trust them. Sit down, drink coffee, but don't turn your back.
In continuation, it is suspected that the citizen Marklen Haka gives information about the vehicles and the movements performed by Durim Bami after they mention the armored vehicle.
