Three people have fallen into the hands of the police after they took a hostage and raped a 20-year-old man in Tirana. The police informs that another person is wanted in connection with this crime, under the charge of not reporting the crime.
It is learned that for weak motives, the arrested took the 20-year-old man by force in "Skënderbej" square and used violence against him.
"Specialists for Investigating Crimes of the Police Station No. 1, after the report received today by a 20-year-old man, that 3 citizens had deprived him of his freedom and had used violence against him, they immediately organized the work for their capture.
As a result:
- the citizens DB, 36 years old, and EH, 31 years old, were arrested, and the citizen HP, 19 years old, was declared wanted for the criminal offense "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty";
- the citizen TK, 28 years old, was arrested for the criminal offense of "Disobedience of crime".
Citizens DB, EH and HP, allegedly for weak motives, forcibly took a 20-year-old man in "Skënderbej" square, against whom they used violence continuously, while citizen TK was aware of the incident, but did not report it to the Police. The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office," the police announced.
