Fabio Ballabani, a member of Emiljano Shullazi's gang, is expected to be extradited from Germany. Today, the police officially announced his arrest, although earlier it was director Rrumbullaku who said that he was detained by the German authorities.
He was declared wanted by the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime for the event that happened in 2019, where the husband of Judge Saida Dollani, Kristaq Prifti, was threatened and brutally raped.

At this moment, Behari intervened and the young man, after taking the threat to the spot, immediately left the scene in a white vehicle that was waiting for him somewhere around the corner.
Emiljano Shullazi's group had repeatedly requested, 12 times, for the judge to withdraw from their file, but the latter had not accepted, wanting to go to the end of the trial.
According to SPAK, in the serious event, Emiljano Shullazi had the role of ordering the violence, while Fabio Zyberaj (Ballabani) and another unidentified person were the executors of the order.
Saida Dollani left the judicial process of Shullazi, while the investigations were started for the case of the threat, but 10 months later the prosecutor Ida Ahmetlli asked for the suspension of the investigations, while the court opposed it, bringing it back for the continuation of the investigations in 2020.
