Ballabani turns out to be a member of Emiljano Shullazi's gang.
Today, the police have confirmed the arrest of one of the persons wanted by SPAK. It is about Fabio Ballabani, who was wanted as part of the operation undertaken by the prosecution against 7 criminal groups.
A few days ago there was talk of his detention, but the police announced through a press release that he has been detained in Germany and is expected to be extradited.
" Consecutive operations continue with partners and law enforcement agencies inside and outside the country for the capture of internationally wanted persons. In cooperation with German partners, two coded operations "Before Justice" are finalized. The operations were carried out thanks to the provision of information by the State Police and timely exchange with Interpol Wiesbaden/Germany, through Interpol Tirana.
As part of these operations, the following citizens were arrested in Germany: - FB, alias FZ, 37 years old, born in Vlora. This citizen was declared internationally wanted after the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana decided the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offenses "Strikes against family members of the person performing a state duty" and carried out in collaboration in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured Criminal Group," and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a Structured Criminal Group and Criminal Organization ," the police announced.
Ballabani turns out to be a member of Emiljano Shullazi's gang. He is wanted by the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime for the incident that happened in 2019, where the husband of Judge Saida Dollani, Kristaq Prifti, was threatened and brutally raped. By order of Emiljano Shullazi, Fabio Ballabanin alias Fabio Zyberaj alias Ivi Zyberaj, threatened the Priest.
Kristaq Priti was in a bar in his neighborhood, near the apartment where he was staying with his friend, Behar Qosen.
But at a moment when he went out to smoke a cigarette outside the area where he was, after greeting his wife, he was approached by Fabio Ballani, unidentified at the time. Ballani's message was clear.
Dressed in black and wearing a hat, he put the pistol in Kristaq's mouth and addressed him with the words: "You with that bitch of yours, don't forget that you have two sons in France". At this moment, Behari intervened and the young man, after taking the threat to the spot, immediately left the scene in a white vehicle that was waiting for him somewhere around the corner.
Emiljano Shullazi's group had repeatedly requested, 12 times, for the judge to withdraw from their file, but the latter had not accepted, wanting to go to the end of the trial.
According to SPAK, in the serious event, Emiljano Shullazi had the role of ordering the violence, while Fabio Zyberaj (Ballabani) and another unidentified person were the executors of the order.
