Sister beats neighbors, son returns from England and kills brother; full

Details from the serious crime in a village in Has that occurred yesterday afternoon, where Ylber Jaku, 41 years old, took the life of his neighbor, Reshi Sallahu, 34 years old, near his house.

The fatal ambush that befell the 34-year-old came from an escalating conflict that has been going on for at least 20 years, of which all institutions are aware and no one has intervened to resolve or extinguish it.

But the most serious aggravation occurred two days ago, when the victim's sister attacked an elderly couple with an axe, seriously injuring them.

The police went to the remote village and handcuffed the rapist, while, along with arresting the perpetrator of the brutal attack and sending the injured couple to the hospital, they abandoned the scene.

Yesterday, after noon, the couple's son arrived in the village of Pla, waiting for Reshit Sallah to return to his apartment. With a rifle, whose whereabouts are unknown, he shot him 8 times, killing him on the spot.

Author Ylber Jaku waited for the police at his home with the murder weapon, while before arriving at his home, he visited his father and mother at the Military Hospital.

When he saw their dire situation, he headed for Has, committing the serious crime.

But the incident becomes even more serious when it was learned that Ylber had left England yesterday and that on the way he had also warned of the serious crime through a photo he had posted on social media.

It is also learned that the conflict between two neighboring families has been reported dozens of times and no one has reacted to the serious incident of two consecutive days, with one person killed, two injured and two people arrested. The police provided information about the serious act yesterday and said that the prosecution has launched an investigation.

Investigations into the incident

The first data that has emerged from the intensive investigations shows that the perpetrator Ylber Jaku came from England to commit the crime, while the victim had been in the city of Kukës and was returning by car when he was ambushed.

Police said the incident is related to the conflict reported on May 6, where the two spouses ended up in the hospital after a fight over property, as investigations were launched into both parties.

According to preliminary information, there had even been complaints and denunciations from the parties regarding these ownership conflicts for more than two decades.

A 21-year-old woman was charged and arrested for Tuesday's injury, suspected of assault with a sharp object, an axe.

But the dynamics did not end there. Yesterday, at around 16:40, the Police reported that Ylber Jaku, 41, shot and killed Reshit Sallahu, 34, who is the brother of the girl suspected of injuring the couple after a fight.

According to the dynamics, it turns out that Artjola Sallahi, after a conflict over ownership, attacked the couple, seriously injuring them.

conflict

The police have not yet released specific details of the conflict between the two families, but what has been learned since Tuesday until last night is that one of the families opened a passageway through the property years ago.

The route of the road has been a source of conflict for years, as two families claim that the road has affected their properties.

Police and numerous support forces have gone to the scene, arresting the perpetrator and seizing the crime weapon. Investigations into the crime are still active and other circumstances are expected to be clarified, Panorama writes.

Under the direction of the Prosecution, work continues on fully documenting the event, while it is not known what the role of the victim was in the event that marked the rape of the parents of the perpetrator of yesterday's crime.

The prosecution is expected to open the files containing reports of years of quarrels between the Sallahi and Jaku families to see what really happened between them.

Meanwhile, the health condition of the victims is still unknown, and the testimony of the perpetrator of the serious crime, who traveled from England yesterday to take the life of the girl's brother who brutally raped her father and mother, is also expected to be taken.
