A 28-year-old man, identified as Seadet Muftija, was arrested by the Shkodra Police.
He is suspected of being involved in serious criminal offences. According to the police, the 28-year-old is a suspect for destruction of property with explosives, destruction of property with strong tools, intentional injury and theft.
From the investigations carried out, in May last year, the young man hit a person with hard objects and destroyed his vehicle. A month later, in the "10 Korriku" neighborhood, it is suspected that he put explosives in the door of a citizen's apartment and stole a motorcycle.
"The 28-year-old was detained because the investigations carried out in cooperation with the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office showed that:
- on 31.05.2023, he hit a citizen with hard objects and destroyed his vehicle.
- on 29.06.2023, in the "10 Korriku" neighborhood, it is suspected that he put explosives in the door of a citizen's apartment and stole another citizen's motorcycle;
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Destruction of property with explosives", "Destruction of property", "Intentional minor injury" and "Theft". " , the police announced.
