
After 1 hour inside the SPAK, the chronicle journalists Artan Hoxha and Elton Qyno have left the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office.
The two journalists appeared today at the premises of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime, after the SPAK operation in Elbasan.
The court decided against them the security measure "obligation to appear".
It is known that journalist Hoxha is accused of "member of a criminal organization". Earlier, the measure of "house arrest" was requested for him. While journalist Elton Qyno is accused of corruption. The measure "obligation to appear" has been imposed on him.
The two journalists stayed in the premises of the special prosecutor's office for about 60 minutes.
What was noticed is that Hoxha and Qyno left the doors of SPAK carrying some files and a bag that are believed to be details of the court file.
However, before entering SPAK, they claimed that their apartments were searched during the day and their mobile phones were seized. "They haven't arrested us yet" , Hoxha can be heard saying.
The Special Prosecutor's Office has issued security measures for 21 people, where 18 are "prison arrest", 1 is "house arrest" and 2 are required to appear.
Today, house checks were carried out against 13 citizens, among them former judges, former prosecutors, but also in the houses of the relatives of the much-wanted Suel Çela, after an investigation by SPAK that again refers to the conversations on Sky ECC and Encrochat.
As a result of the investigations, the former judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetahu, was arrested, against whom another restraining order, that of house arrest, was signed in August after appearing in the "Copja" file. Also, the former head of the Elbasan Court Zihni Shahu, who resigned a few months after the vetting process began, was also put in handcuffs.
Also, a "house arrest" security measure has been imposed on the lawyer Blerina Beqiri, who has defended the interests of several people suspected of being part of Suel Çela's group.
