Other details of SPAK's operation in the country are revealed. It is learned that several arrest warrants have been issued for linking the police to the crime, and among those arrested are Erzen Breçani and the Chief of Crimes of Police Station No. 6, Detan Gjoni.

Gjoni was arrested at the entrance of the "Air Albania" stadium, after he had gone to watch the match of the Albanian National Team.

Several serious charges have been brought against John. One of the charges raised is that of providing the conditions to commit murder.
