An unprecedented event occurred in Tirana, where a 28-year-old man, after chasing a 24-year-old girl to her apartment, set fire to the electrical box, leaving the entire area without power.
The incident occurred in the Kombinat area, while Tirana Police announced today (May 30) that they have arrested the 28-year-old suspect for the criminal act.
"Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 6 arrested citizen AB, 28, after he chased a 24-year-old woman to her apartment building. While leaving the apartment building, he set fire to an electrical box, causing a loss of electricity throughout the apartment building," the police announced.
