The debate quickly ended with the use of firearms, where it was said that Erind Bardhi, and his father Martin Bardhi, as well as one of their relatives, shot with firearms at the vehicle of citizen Saimir Reçi. Fortunately, the latter was able to escape the bullets. This is also thanks to the armored car in which he was driving at that moment that saved his life by stopping at a fuel supply point.
"The prosecutor's office of the judicial district of Lezhë has registered criminal proceedings no. 156 dated March 27, 2023 against Marjan Marku (Martin Bardhi), Erind Vidal Marku (Bardhi) and Kristjan Marku. At that time, Saimir Reçi stated that the conflict started after he found that people who were not related to the neighborhood where he lived, were filming his apartment.

"During the interrogation, Saimir Reçi clarified that before the incident happened, he had gone out with his vehicle on the road near the building where he lives, where he saw a Mercedes Benz 220 type vehicle, which was being driven from F.LL, the son of a police officer. While in the back seat, according to him, was another citizen, who had a mobile phone in his hand. He says that they were speeding and that he followed them, overtook them and managed to stop. During this moment, he told the driver not to drive fast and not to bring other people into the neighborhood. But according to him, he slapped him in the face and then left ," the file states.
Right after this conflict, Saimir Reçi confessed that he was attacked with firearms in the center of Rrëshen. And that the people who shot him were from the Bardhi family.
"Saimir Reçi, the person who was tried to be executed, then stated that on March 26, 2023, around 5:00-6:00 p.m., he left his apartment with the vehicle he is using, a BMW 7 series with license plate AA 681 YT, which is armored.
