The Italian police have struck a case of distribution of narcotics in the area of Macerata.
An Albanian has been arrested, while investigations are continuing for the cell operating in the region, a part of which was hit during this week, with several arrests and seizures of cocaine and marijuana narcotics.
As part of the operation to clear the city of drug dealers, which actually started on the order of the local authorities on December 11, an Albanian with the initials QF, about 30 years old, was handcuffed for the criminal offense of drug trafficking.
The media of the neighboring state reports that the detainee negotiated a sentence of one year and three months of imprisonment, in the Court of Macerata, turned into a shortened trial as a suspended sentence and further release.
After the agreement, the Albanian was placed at the disposal of the authorities of the Immigration Office, which verified the situation regarding the regularity of the stay.
After it was established that he had entered Italy for tourist reasons, the authorization for a stay of up to 90 days was withdrawn following the drug conviction and the simultaneous notification of the deportation decree issued by the Prefect of Macerata, with escort to the border and subsequent deportation.
