Vlora Police have arrested the 21-year-old who injured the Flamurtari team player, a 31-year-old foreign national, yesterday evening. The 31-year-old has been identified as Sodiq Atanda, a Nigerian national.
The 21-year-old faces two charges, that of "intentional minor injury" and "unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons."
"Criminal proceedings have been initiated for the offenses of "Intentional slight injury" and "Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons" against citizen DB, 21 years old, resident of the "1 Maji" neighborhood, registered as a person with mental health problems. This citizen, yesterday evening, in the "Pavarësia 3" neighborhood, during a conflict for weak motives, slightly injured foreign citizen SA, 31 years old, with a cutting tool (knife), " the police announced.
