A 33-year-old man was arrested by the Durrës police after being wanted for intentional serious injury.
33-year-old Ilir Buçeza was handcuffed for an incident that happened three months ago, which injured his 24-year-old cousin.
During a conflict for weak motives, in the village of Shënavlash on 30.05.2024, the 33-year-old wounded the citizen with the initials EB with a firearm.
"A 24-year-old man was shot, about 3 months ago, and the 33-year-old man was arrested and handcuffed.
As a result of research and the administration of police intelligence information, carried out following the national mega-operation coded "Rule of Law", with the objective of arresting the citizens declared wanted, the Sector against Serious Crimes of the Local Directorate of the Durrës Police located, caught and handcuffed citizen Ilir Buçeza, 33 years old.
The 33-year-old was wanted, after the Court of Durrës, on 30.05.2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Deliberate serious injury" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons" , explosive weapons and ammunition".
This citizen is suspected that on 21.05.2024, during a conflict for weak motives, in the village of Shënavlash, he wounded the citizen EB, 24 years old, with a firearm.
The procedural materials were handed over to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action ," the police announced.
