A serious incident that occurred at midnight on December 15, 2025 in the city of Durrës resulted in the gunshot wounding of Fabio Kuçi, widely known on the social network "Tik-Tok" under the nickname "Gucci".
But although 3 months have passed since the incident, the police and the prosecution have not arrested the main man who shot at Fabion Kuçi inside a bar.
The man who fired the pistol, wounding Kuçi, is suspected to be Bledar Çuni, a character with a previous criminal record and detained several times by the Durrës criminal police on charges of "drug trafficking and dealing" and "unlicensed possession of weapons."
The footage seized by the police and the prosecution clearly shows Bledar Çuni shooting at Fabion Kuçi, although the latter tries to hide behind the bar's counter.
As can be seen in the footage, the attack by Bledar Çuni on Kuçi was carried out with a firearm and a metal chair. Kuçi suffered serious injuries to one leg, while Bledar Çuni, along with two other people, fled.
Çuni, clearly visible wearing a hood but with his face completely uncovered, is holding a firearm in one hand and committing violent acts against Fabion Kuçi alias "Gucci" and other members of the bar's premises.
The footage shows that there are two people in total holding firearms, one wearing a white sweatshirt and the other wearing a black sweatshirt. The beating and wounding of Fabion Kuçi not only took place in front of the bar's cameras, but was also filmed on a phone by the person wearing the white sweatshirt.
Journalist Elton Qyno, through a request for information sent on February 16, 2026, to the prosecutor of the case Matilda Fetahu, requested information regarding the causes and reasons why citizen Bledar Çuni avoided criminal prosecution?
But up until this stage of publishing this article, Prosecutor Fetahu did not provide any information regarding this matter.
For the incident in question, the prosecution has not issued any security measures against Bledar Çuni and has not initiated any criminal proceedings against him.
The case remains under investigation, while the file continues to be enriched with new evidence against Bledar Çuni, after the injured party Fabion Kuçi testified that not only did he identify Çuni, but the film footage clearly shows him as a participant in this serious crime.
No one has been arrested by the Durrës police for this incident. After the crime, the Durrës police issued an official statement noting that:
“…from these actions it is suspected that these 3 citizens, at around 23:45 on December 15, 2025, approached with 2 vehicles, the bar in neighborhood no. 9, where citizen Fabion Kuçi was staying, and shot at him, with firearms. As a result, citizen Kuçi was slightly injured. Following the actions in this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen LB, 31 years old, since the verifications showed that he is the owner of one of the vehicles, in which the wanted citizens approached the scene. From the search in the apartment of the 31-year-old, several live ammunition were found, which were seized as material evidence…”.
Meanwhile, the cause of this incident is learned to have been the swearing and insults between two people on the social network "Tik-Tok"./ Syri.net
