A photo of 32-year-old Jurgen Gjonaj has been published , who is suspected by authorities as the person who placed and then activated the explosives in the vehicle of 36-year-old Oltjon Klosi.
According to the police, Gjonaj did not act alone, as he is suspected of being assisted by six other people in organizing and carrying out the assassination.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the explosive material was placed on behalf of Sabah Nuzi, who is currently in prison and is involved in several serious criminal cases.
The investigative group is working to identify and arrest all those involved, while analyzing evidence and communications that may shed more light on the organization of the assassination.
The incident occurred on the morning of March 10, and investigations revealed that the order was given from the Fushë Krujë prison.
The arrested are Renato Balla, Jurgen Gjonaj, Eklips Leti, Kristjan Ahmerama, Glentjan Kojtari, Dorjan Hamolli and Geris Molla. Meanwhile, the mastermind is Sabah Nuzi , who is in the Fushë Krujë Prison.
Sabah Nuzi, arrested by SPAK order for the murder of Klevis Lleshi in 2020 and his subsequent burial in a village in Kurbin, is a person with a criminal record. In 2020, Nuzi was arrested by the Mati Police after he fired a gun in the air and threatened a 26-year-old man.
