One person was injured today in Tirana. The event took place in the Paris Municipality area around 14:07. According to official data, the author is a police officer, part of the border police.
It is known that the officer Erion Goxhara had a fight with the 45-year-old Lorenc Kosta. The latter is suspected of having harassed his partner, and the officer in the argument took out his service weapon and shot her in the leg. Then he left in an unknown direction and was declared wanted. The 45-year-old was sent to the Trauma Hospital and so far it is reported that his life is out of danger.
The police also responded to the incident, and are looking for the perpetrator.
