Armand Dani alias Armand Isaj was extradited from Albania to Italy, after he was sentenced by a court of the neighboring country to over 14 years in prison, for the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics".
From this sentence, the 48-year-old must also serve 11 years, 8 months and 29 days in prison.
The investigation showed that the 48-year-old, in collaboration with others, procured the narcotic cocaine in other countries (mainly in the Netherlands) in order to sell it in Italy.
In 2017, in the apartment of the 48-year-old, the Italian Police found and seized a quantity of cocaine.
"As a result of the continuous cooperation between the specialists of Interpol Tirana and their counterparts in Italy, the procedure for the extradition from Albania to Italy of the citizen Armand Dani alias Armand Isaj, 48 years old, born in Shkodër, was finalized.
The court of Novara, on 01.03.2023, sentenced this citizen to 14 years, 8 months and 29 days of imprisonment, for the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics". From this sentence, the 48-year-old must also serve 11 years, 8 months and 29 days in prison.
