The 83-year-old woman confesses that her husband Fasli Hyka heard some noises after midnight coming from the street and disturbing the two elderly people. At that moment, he called the police asking them to come to restore peace. Not long after, the 83-year-old woman, who was in bed at that moment, says that someone cursed her husband, who then took the couple by shooting at them.
The wife of the 83-year-old man who was arrested by FNSH after being neutralized inside the apartment in the operation that lasted for 3 and a half hours, says that her husband wanted to surrender to the police in the morning hours, so he did not accept further until he was arrested after the intervention of the effectives.
According to his wife, Fasli Hyka, in addition to his normal jobs during the communist regime, also worked in the state security as a volunteer agent.
The 83-year-old woman is now alone at home after the arrest of her husband, while she moves with great difficulty due to some illnesses she has. The elderly couple have been living alone at home for years, while the suspected perpetrator Fasli Hyka has a son from his first marriage.
