The Tirana police have announced the search for Jetmir Pepa, the 33-year-old who fired a firearm in a night club in Tirana.
The incident happened in a night club on "Liman Kaba" street on January 1, 2025, around 04:30 in the morning. The police say that from the inspection of the scene, a cartridge was also seized.
"At the end of the first investigative actions by the Police Station No. 2, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, a wanted announcement was made and efforts are being made to capture the JP citizen, 33 years old. This citizen is suspected of having fired a firearm in a festive environment on "Liman Kaba" street on 01.01.2025 around 04:30. From the inspection of the scene, a shell was found and seized", Tirana police announced.
How did the event happen?
Jetmir Pepaj is accused by the police of "carrying weapons without permission" and "disturbance of public peace". The young man is the ex-husband of Mariela Berisha, who together with her sister, former resident of BBVIP Antonela Berisha, are accused of having raped the blogger Klea Prenga.
The shocking event was made public by Klea Prenga herself, who showed the wounds she had received on her face. The reason for Klea Prenga's rape is suspected to have been a romance that she started with Jetmir Pepaj.
This event happened on August 6, 2024 in one of the bars in Tirana. The two Berisha sisters surrendered to the police after 2 months on the run and were released by the court.
