A 68-year-old Albanian tragically lost his life today in Sisi Lasithiou, Crete, after he accidentally fell from the second floor of an apartment where he was working.
The identity of the Albanian is not yet known, while it is known that the incident happened around 06:30 in the morning, when the Albanian was lowering some items with a rope from the balcony of the apartment where he worked.
Unfortunately, he lost his balance or perhaps tripped over the weights and fell from the height to his death instantly.
The ambulance arrived at the scene, but unfortunately it was too late, as the 68-year-old man died as a result of serious injuries.
