Details of the assassination that took place this morning, where 36-year-old Eris Rroshkodoli was executed with a firearm on the street 'Isuf Sokoli' in Shkodër in the area of 'Zdrale', have come to light.
In the police report, it is reported that the victim was found with a pistol-type firearm, ready to fire.
The author of the incident has not yet been identified, while the police are at the scene and are working to clarify the criminal incident.
"Around 12:30, in the "Ahmet Haxhia" neighborhood, in a bar, it is suspected that an unidentified citizen killed with a firearm the citizen E. Rr., about 36 years old, a resident of Shkodër.
Upon receiving the notification, the services of the Shkodër Local Police Directorate and the leaders of the Directorate and the Shkodër Police Station immediately went to the scene.
Two groups of the National Security Force, the Shkodër Unit, went to the assistance of the Local Police and pursued the author.
Also, an investigative group has been set up which is at the scene and is continuing the intensive work in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, to secure evidence for the legal documentation of this event.

"Intensive actions and controls continue, to identify and catch the perpetrator ," the police announced.
But who is Elis Rroshkodoli?
The name of the 36-year-old Elis Rroshkodoli has a previous criminal record since in 2023 he wounded a Romanian with a knife and fled towards Istanbul. While in 2014, he was arrested together with a group of other Albanians for robbery in Belgium.
The 36-year-old was previously arrested for participating in a criminal group and was also wanted by the Romanian authorities for injuring the owner of a bar.
Rroshkodoli was arrested 10 years ago for participating in a group that committed thefts in Belgium.
The 36-year-old wanted by the Romanian authorities is accused of injuring a person in the bar in April 2023.
It is learned that the fight started in a kebab shop between Rroshkodol and the owner of a night club. The 36-year-old got up from the table and hit the owner of the bar with a knife he had in his hand. He then left the scene, leaving him injured.
