The Special Court has released from prison citizen Ilia Ndoka, cousin of former Socialist Party MP Arben Ndoka, who is detained for money laundering as part of Operation "Revanshi".
The court imposed an obligation for Ndoka to appear on the first and third Friday of every month, Ora News writes.
According to SPAK, it is suspected that Ilia Ndoka has helped his cousin, Arben Ndoka, with money and information in his efforts to identify and punish the perpetrators of the murder of the latter's brother, Aleksandër Ndoka.
The 50-year-old was arrested in Italy as part of the SPAK mega-operation, which targeted 7 criminal groups, including the group of former Socialist MP Arben Ndoka.
Ilia Ndoka has been declared internationally wanted after the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", committed in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization", the Police said.
