A serious incident happened in Tirana, where a 35-year-old man was taken hostage by 7 people. The Tirana police say that the 7 people, in cooperation with each other, took the 35-year-old hostage and threatened him with the intention of taking his property.
The Court of Tirana has set the security measure of arrest and imprisonment for 4 of them, Tori (Hector) Xhecuka, 36 years old, Aleksandër Osmani, 37 years old, Artan Pirraci, 50 years old, and Fredi Keta, 49 years old. Meanwhile, three others have been placed under house arrest, namely Naim Qarri, 52 years old, Sajmir Kolaveri, 42 years old, and Adem Metkola, 46 years old. All security measures have been implemented by the Tirana Police.
"From the investigative actions, it has emerged that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, have taken away a 35-year-old man's freedom, and have threatened him to give away property," the police announced.

Tori Xhečuka alias Hektor Xhečuka, a well-known name for justice, involved in assassinations and attempted murders.
He is known as a "soldier" of Ervis Martinaj, as he planned the murder of Durim Bami on behalf of the latter, this plan was revealed by the investigations after the "breaking" of the SkyECC application.
He is also accused of murdering Emiljano Boçi.
Xhečuka allegedly shot Emiljano Bočin with a gun in his vehicle parked near a bar in the area of the former bus park in Tirana.
Hektor Xhečuka was also arrested in 2015 for an attempted murder.

The four arrested took the 35-year-old hostage, who, according to the police, threatened him and demanded money.
Regarding this incident, the police arrested four people identified as Tori Xhecuka alias Hektor Xhechuka, Aleksander Osmani, Artan Pirraci and Fredi Keta, as they are accused of taking a 35-year-old hostage with the intention of threatening to take money.
Meanwhile, under the security measure "House Arrest", Naim Qarri, Sajmir Kolaveri and Adem Metkola have been left.
