The 35th day of the national protest continues even after citizens arrived at Police Station No. 3, where they demanded the release of protesters arrested after clashes with police during Thursday's rally in front of the Parliament.
After standing for several minutes in front of the police station, thousands of protesters resumed their march through the streets of Tirana, turning the capital into a long protest boulevard.
Along the entire route, chants of "Rama go away", "Rama resign", "Your end has come", "Revolution", "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison" and "Free the boys" were heard, while citizens continued the march amidst cheers and red and black flags.
The column of protesters continues to be very long, crossing the main streets of the capital. After the massive protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office and the march towards Police Station No. 3, citizens have not dispersed the gathering, but have chosen to continue the demonstration on the streets of Tirana.
This evening's march concludes another day of protest, which marked the largest turnout since the start of this civic movement. Even today, protesters reiterated that their revolt will not stop until the demands they have been raising for 35 days are met.
