Other details have come to light regarding the serious event in Fier, where 47-year-old Ilir Nukaj barbarically raped an elderly couple in front of their grocery store.
It is learned that the 47-year-old went to the elderly store to buy alcohol, but the 80-year-old Namik Rustemi refused to sell it to him, as he was known as a problematic person.
Ilir Nukaj, a resident of Povelçë village, punched 80-year-old Namik Rustemi and his wife, 77-year-old with the initials AR, in the head.
As a result of the violence, the elderly man is hospitalized and intubated in the Fier regional hospital, in serious condition. While his wife, after receiving treatment, left for her apartment.

Ilir Nukaj was sentenced to 20 years in prison for attempted murder, since in 2012 he tried to kill the owner of a bar.
On 02.06.2012, around 01.00, Nukaj went to steal the internet cafe of citizen Helio Çela, which is located next to his apartment.
At the moment when the defendant broke the glass door of the bar, with the intention of getting inside, the citizen Helio Çela heard a noise and went out to the yard of his apartment, reports BW.
Since he could not see anything, he went to the bar together with his father, citizen Ferrik Çela, where they found that the glass of the door was broken, while in a canal that passed by the bar, they saw that he was hiding the defendant Ilir Nukaj, who stood up and had a knife in his hand.
Citizens Helio and Ferrik Çela caught the defendant and, using physical violence, made it possible to neutralize his actions. At this moment, the police forces of the Fier Police Station arrived, which caught the defendant red-handed and carried out the first investigative actions for this event, including his red-handed arrest.
