Police arrested another official on Wednesday evening in connection with property abuse in the southern coastal area of the country. More specifically, it is reported that police arrested Dorian Hoxha, the head of the Inspectorate for the Protection of Territory in Himara, against whom charges have been filed for abuse of office.
In recent days, Saranda and Himara have been under the scanner of the Police and the AMP, where there has been no shortage of arrests of senior police officials. Almost the entire chain of command of the Saranda police station was detained by the AMP, including the local police chief, who is suspected of abusing his authority in connection with the constructions.
