The ship "Grace Felix" has been released from the sequestration measure, along with 22 thousand liters of oil suspected as contraband.
Ten months after the "Embargo" operation, by the decision of the Court of Durrës, the Prosecutor's Office has issued the order for the execution of the criminal decision that returns the ship together with the seized oil to the company, demanding its removal from the Albanian territorial waters.
On February 20, it was announced that the tanker "Grace Felix" with 22 tons of contraband oil on board had been blocked by the authorities for days, 6 miles from the port of Durrës.
The ship was destined for "Romano Port" where it would unload cargo for the account of the Albanian company "Bella Gaz" owned by Ilir Bella.
