It remains unclear how the Ilia spouses died. The elderly couple who were found dead in their apartment in Dropull, had signs of violence on their bodies.
The police confirm that the elderly lost their lives as a result of the violence, but it remains a mystery who perpetrated this violence. According to the police, a domestic crime is suspected.
There is no missing furniture in the house and no violence was used to get inside.
The elderly are Kosta Ilia, 84 years old, and Kleoniqi Ilia, 88 years old. The couple's neighbor said they had no children and were not known to have problems between them.
"No noise was heard, neither by me nor by the neighbors closer to the house. This period in the area we had problems with theft. They were a happy couple, they had no children or anything. They were for each other" , the neighbor told the media.
