He has been arrested twice for illegal possession of weapons, also accused of robbing a casino in 2013. Hajrulla has also been accompanied and investigated for the hostage-taking and disappearance of Elvis Troqes. The bar where it happened in the area frequented by Edison Harizaj, who was killed in Durrës in 2018. 27-year-old Hajrulla, son of Vlora businessman Robert Hajrulla, is known as a dangerous person in Vlora.
Also, by the Vlora court, Hajrulla was sentenced on February 5, 2018 to 2 years of imprisonment for the charge of "Disobeying the order of a public order police officer" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". But this prison sentence has been suspended by putting Inez on probation. But on December 28, 2018, Inez Hajrulla was again sentenced by the court of Vlora to 8 months in prison for the charge of "Removing the prisoner from the place of stay"
The assassination in 2017
In 2017, Hajrulla was the victim of an assassination attempt with tritol where he received serious injuries on both legs. The assassination happened in one of the bars, which in Vlora is known as the place frequented by Edison Harizaj, one of the strongmen of Vlora, killed in Durrës. Hajrulla is suspected to be part of Harizaj's group.

According to the prosecution of Vlora, Inez Hajrulla was in the company of Ervis Matodashaj on May 10, 2019, in the premises of a bar in Vlora. It was in this place that some people shot with guns with the intention of killing Inez Hajrulla. From the inspection of the place of the event, it was found that two shells and one bullet were found in the square. Hajrulla escaped the assassination, but Dajko Cenodemaj who was drinking coffee in Lungomare with some friends was accidentally injured. According to the police and the prosecution of Vlora, nine people participated in this failed attempt, Fatmir Hyseni, Daut Elmazi, Igli Memaj, Gentian Dauti, Serxho Ademi, Albano Goxhaj, Davison Serjani, Ardjan Ahmeti and Xheladin Merko.
For the second assassination, Hajrulla told the Court that he had just seen a person get out of a vehicle that at first glance looked like a "Land Rover" he took out a toy gun from his bag and started shooting at him. For this reason, the person in question was scared and turned back.
