The suspicions are that Kevin Hajrulla, the son of Inez Hajrulla's uncle, a well-known character to the police. The name of Inez Hajrulla is quite well known because she has often been the target of assassinations in Vlora, while she previously escaped three attempts to kill her, first in 2017 and then in 2019 and 2024.
