The Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan has seized some assets, which are suspected to be from the crime.
The prosecutor's office announces that after the investigative actions carried out for the property proceeding no. 15/2020, it turned out that the assets were obtained from prostitution and drugs.

- Property of the type "Apartment" with an area of 112m2, in Elbasan, owned by citizen FA
From the property investigation, it turned out that this wealth is not justified by legal income, but has its origin from the criminal activity of the citizen AS, convicted by Italian justice for trafficking and exploitation of prostitution.
After the investigative actions carried out for Property Proceeding no. 22/2020, on the basis of the request of the Prosecution of the First Degree of the General Jurisdiction Elbasan, with the decision no. 89, dated 03.02.2024 of the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, it was also decided to seize the assets stemming from criminal activity:
- Property of the type "Unit" with an area of 79m2, in Elbasan, owned by citizen EG;
The property investigation has shown that this wealth is not justified by legal income, but originates from the criminal activity of the citizen EG, convicted by Italian justice for trafficking narcotics from Belgium to Italy.
The Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets Tirana, ASHK Elbasan Local Directorate and Elbasan Local Police Directorate were charged with the execution of the decisions.
The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction remains committed to the identification, sequestration and confiscation of any property that originates from illegal activity according to the provisions of the "Antimafia" law.
