"Ora News" reveals the full dynamics of the failed attempt on Durim Bami, an event that took place in November 2020 in the area of the village of Qerek in Fushë-Kruja.

The case of this serious event was initially investigated by the Kruja prosecutor's office, but it did not yield results. After 4 years, the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office, through the "SKY" application, has managed to identify this attempted murder against Durim Bami, clarifying the names of the organizers Ervis Martinaj, Arben Ndoka, and two detained persons Emiljano Shullazi and Astrit Avdyli.
Shullazi and Avdyli, from the premises of prison no. 313, led their organizations, while providing periodic information about the movement of Durim Bami, in the area of Fushë-Kruja.
The information on the movements, the place of stay, the cars used by Durim Bami, was taken from the prison by the former deputy of the SP Arben Ndoka, then the latter passed it on to Ervis Martinaj and then the gambling businessman activated three hired killers who they were dressed as policemen.

"Ora News" fully reveals what happened regarding the assassination on November 4, where three people who are believed to have been dressed as policemen, tried to kill Durim Bami from Nikla, one of the most famous people, with firearms. of the underworld in the country.
The latter was having lunch in the village of Qerek with his cousin, where after they finished lunch in a bar near Rinas, they decided to return to Fushë-Kruje.
But on the way, the car with the Italian license plate "Range-Rover", which was driven by Durim Bami, was shot with automatic volleys, a total of 13 times. 6 shells hit the front part of the vehicle, which was shot while moving. Meanwhile, the authors' "Golf 5" type car was parked on the street.
The attack was very well organized and it is suspected that Durim Bami was kept under surveillance for a period of time, organizing an ambush against him, exactly at the place called Tapiza bridge.
In the confession of the injured Ervin Kodra, it is said that Durim Bami was able to quickly maneuver the car, entering the other side of the road and then crash into the surrounding wall of a business dealing in marble trading.
Ervin Kodra told the police that on November 4, 2020, around 1:00 p.m., he met Durim Bami at his house in Nikël, since Bami has his uncle's son.
Then they left together and went to the village of Qerek, near Rinas, where they had lunch in a 1-story bar. While they stayed until 3:00 p.m., with Durimi's car, they started traveling towards the village of Nikël in Fushë-Krujë.
Durim Bami was driving the car while Ervin Kodra was a passenger in the first seat of the vehicle. They have just gone to the entrance of the Tapiza bridge, in the direction of Kamëz-Fushë-Krujë, a gray Golf 5 vehicle was stopped on the sidewalk, facing the asphalt of the main road.
And at a distance of about 20 meters, without approaching this parked car, fire was opened from this vehicle in the direction of Durim Bami's car.
Kodra said that from the "Golf" type car, fire was opened with bursts of automatic weapons, and at this moment, according to him, Durimi cut the steering wheel of the car to the left and they went to the other side of the road, entering a small alley and ending up inside the enclosure of a marble factory, where they crashed into its surrounding wall.
Both Durim Bami and Ervin Kodra got out of the vehicle, falling to the ground, and after a few minutes, Valter Bami, Durim Bami's brother, went quickly and sent Ervin Kodra to the military hospital.
While according to the latter's testimony for Durim, it was learned that he had left home.
Ervin Kodra, further stated that at the moment when they were shot, he saw and noticed that inside the "Golf 5" type vehicle, he had noticed 3 people, one of whom was the driver, the other a passenger and the third was in the back seat.
According to him, the person who shot with volleys was the man who was in the back seat of the car and this person was also wearing a hat on his head. While the other two people were not able to be fixed and he was not able to recognize the three people who were in the car from which the shots came.
Valter Bami, Durim's brother, was interrogated in connection with this event, who told how he urgently went to the marble factory and took his injured cousin to the hospital.
Meanwhile, for three days in a row, Durim Bami has not been found by the police. He surrendered to the police three days later and explained that he could not identify the perpetrators who had set up the ambush.
