A dossier based on telephone and environmental wiretaps, video footage and SKYECC disclosures, is that of SPAK for 29 security measures, within the framework of the Albanian-Italian mega-operation 'Ura', which on both sides of the border prosecuted 52 people, 40 Albanians and 12 Italians. Report TV has secured the decision of the GJKKO, which has fully accepted the request of prosecutors Vladimir Mara and Dritan Prençi, for 29 arrests with imprisonment, led by Elvis Doçi, known as 'Visi i Pojës' who seems to be one of the most important characters in this dossier.
The file argues the relationship between the traffickers with each other, conversations about drug shipments to clashes and fun between them. The criminal activity of 'Visit i Poja' is mainly revealed through wiretaps SKYECC, which was in collaboration with 2 criminal groups led by Adi Coba and Erigels Presi, whose criminal activity has been documented by the Italian authorities. 26 cocaine and heroin trafficking episodes of these two groups, engaged independently, have been revealed.
The SPAK file states that boss Adi Çoba strongly relied on the contribution of the Poja Visit and the criminal group associated with it for international drug trafficking (page 32).
A wiretapped conversation in a car between Erigels Presi, Gertin Aliu and Genci Telollari clearly shows, according to the prosecution, how powerful Elvis Doçi's role was.
Genc Telollari: What did they say to you, who did you talk to?
Gertin Aliu: This is the guy who takes him out of Brindisi by ferry, he works for 'Visi i Pojës'
Erigels Presin, in a conversation revealed in October 2021, once again shows the strong connection between 'Visit i Pojës' and Adi Çoba, who functioned as an intermediary between other criminal groups.
Erigels Presi: "Here in Durrës he has become a whore... in what sense... this one is with them (...) this one does not behave like he behaves with me and you. With them he (ADI) behaves like a man (...) Now, the fat one (Çoba) also does this work, he is in contact with these (...) in the sense that he is connected to them and works with the red. As for the white one, you know very well that Visi is not white, right? (...) He (ADI-ship.) stays with these for the red, he gets something else because they also have white (...) being with them he acts as an intermediary"...
Another moment is in January 2022, when Erigels Presi tells Zenit Shtraza that Ai Çoba turns to Visi of Poja and his organization to find and buy drugs,
Erigels Press: Everyone knows that Adi is working with VISI of POJA (...) they are extraordinary guys. Do you understand? You have to tell me what it is (...) they have capital, you can't tell them anything. They are not in the action, forget it, but they have capital (...)
