Other details have emerged from the explosion of explosives in a vehicle in Shkodra. It is learned that the owner of the vehicle is Alban Bushati. The latter has stated to the police that he deals with the trade of fruits and vegetables.
"I have no idea who the perpetrators might be," he told police.
The Shkodra Blues say that this citizen has previously been involved in sports betting and there are suspicions that this incident may be related to betting.
Authorities are continuing their investigations into the incident.
