A serious event took place in Poloshi, Podgorica, Montenegro yesterday evening, where the 52-year-old former policeman with the initials MD, killed his wife VD, son Gj.D. and then committed suicide.
According to the police report, the tragedy happened half an hour after midnight.
In the statement of the Police Directorate, it is said that MD was their retired employee, while VD was an educator.
"On-site investigations were conducted by the state prosecutor at the High State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica with the participation of ballistic experts and officers of the Security Department in Podgorica. According to available information, the weapon that was used as a means of committing this crime was in private possession. Two firearms were also found at the scene, for which the police will ascertain whether they are in legal possession", the Police Directorate announces.
According to the data currently available to the Police Directorate, it is suspected that the motive for this crime was "the aggravated condition of the health of a family member, whose son he killed".
