
The 6 people arrested in Lezha as part of the nationwide police mega-operation coded "Tempulli 2" have been released from prison.
The Court of Lezha decided to change the "Prison Arrest" security measures given on January 18 in their absence, imposing "Compulsion to Appear" for one of them and "House Arrest" for the other 5 arrested persons, who have been charged with the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".
The decision was given by judge Lirim Bulica, who after listening to the parties changed the security measures for the persons arrested in the framework of the nationwide mega-operation "Tempulli 2", which included the Lezha District.
As part of this "Tempulli" operation, in the months of December and January, 14 citizens were arrested red-handed and another 10 were prosecuted while at large in Lezhë.
As material evidence, 6 kg of cannabis sattiva narcotics, 50 doses of cocaine, 42 mobile devices, 3500 euros, electronic scales and shredders for narcotics were seized. The Local Directorate of the Lezhë Police informs that the operation "Tempulli 2" continues throughout the territory and there will be no tolerance towards law breakers.
