The dynamics of the serious crime that occurred in Shkodra are changing. Initially, it was said that a young man had been stabbed to death, but according to the police, we are dealing with a murder with a firearm.
The incident occurred in the village of Guci e Re and the victim is Pavlin Preka, 20 years old. He was found dead in the yard of his apartment by his uncle and the circumstances of the crime are not yet known.
" At around 2:50 p.m., in the village of "Guci e Re", citizen Paulin Preka, about 20 years old, was found without signs of life, suspected of being killed with a firearm.
Police services and groups from the National Security Force, Shkodra Unit, immediately went to the scene.
Meanwhile, a special investigative group has been established and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working intensively to clarify the circumstances, legal documentation, identify and capture the perpetrator(s) , "the police announced.
This is the latest incident to occur in Shkodra, as murders have been frequent in the northern city for many months. Initially, there was talk of a conflict between young people, but the fact that the young man hanged himself in the yard of the apartment makes the incident more mysterious, as we are dealing with a premeditated crime. The police have surrounded the apartment and are questioning residents of the area to learn more about this crime.
