The current photo of Astri Avdylaj is published for the first time. The latter was arrested today as part of an action launched by order of SPAK. For years his name has been mentioned in the media and an old black and white photo has been circulating. But after the arrest, the actual photo was published.
From the disclosure of the communications in the SKY ECC application, Avdyli collaborated and made plans with the group of the former socialist deputy Arben Noka and the group of Ervis Martinaj to execute Durim Bami. The latter was arrested in Dubai and it is not known whether he will be extradited to Albania or not.
Arben Ndoka suspected that Durim Bami had participated in the murder of his brother, Aleksandër Ndoka, while Martinaj suspected that he collaborated with his opponents, Indrit Dokle and Leonard Duka. Emiljano Shullazi and Astrit Avdyli, who were in the cell at the time, also went to the aid of Ervis Martinaj and Arben Ndoka for the head of Durim Bami. According to the file, Emiljano Shullazi contacted one of his confidants about Bami's murder, as well as providing information about his movements and sending it to Arben Ndoka.
However, the assassination attempts on Durim Bami failed.
