Xhemal Loka has been left in prison by the Durres court, accused of pushing his wife Bedrie Loka to commit suicide.
In court, he denied the accusations, while he also recalled the last words of the woman in the hospital.
" I have pain more than anyone and her family members. When we were in the hospital in Tirana, the woman was mentioned and he asked her why did you do this? He told me I was very upset." - he declared.
In the courtroom, Loka confessed what happened between him and the woman on January 1.
As for the weapon found in his apartment, he has stated that he does not own a weapon and that he does not know how a weapon was found in his house.
He asked me to stay and not to leave without sending my son to Italy, because I can't afford that some documents were needed.
I told him that I will stay until January 10. But you do what you want, but when you go out you have a child with you.
I never had a gun in the house. I never used a gun. I don't know what that gun wants in my house.' - he declared.
