Other details come to light from the case of Bedrie Loka, who, due to violence and psychological pressure from her husband, ended her life a few days ago by consuming photoxy.
The authorities have arrested her husband Xhemal Loka, as the main suspect who "caused her suicide".

"In the case subject to the investigation of criminal proceedings no. 26, of 2024, referring to the suspicions that the citizen Xhemal Loka is the author of the criminal offense "causing suicide", committed to the detriment of the citizen Bedrie Loka, provided for by article 99 of the Criminal Code , the provision of which provides for "imprisonment from three to seven years" as punishment, and "unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out by keeping weapons in the home, provided for by article 278/4 of the Criminal Code, in the conditions where, from the concrete circumstances of the case, there were "reasonable reasons" that led to think that there was a real risk that the citizen in question could leave with the intention of avoiding further investigations that were being carried out in charge of him, as well as happened in the conditions of the "urgent situation" for which he estimated that the order of the Prosecutor for the arrest of the suspect for a crime could not be expected", it is stated in the request for the validation of the arrest.
