The photo from one of the 3 videos that the Durrës Police and Prosecutor's Office seized on the suspicion that 41-year-old Bedrie Loka was raped by her husband Xhemali, who ended her life on January 3, is published.
In the photo, you can see Xhemal Loka standing, bent with his finger pointed at his wife, who is sitting on the sofa, and their son is in the middle, holding his father so that he does not get closer to him.
The entire moment was filmed by the couple's young son, who then sent the video to his married sister.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, these images prove that the 45-year-old systematically violated his deceased wife.
Added to this suspicion is the statement of one of the children after the suicide, who confessed that a few days before the incident, he had seen his father threatening his mother with a knife.
Despite the prosecution's claims, Xhemal Loka himself, even in the court session this Monday, where he was left in prison, denied having raped her.
The prosecution has brought against him the charges of "causing suicide" and "unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", as an automatic weapon was found during house checks, which the 45-year-old categorically denies.
The whole debate, according to the 45-year-old, started after a photo of his wife circulated on TikTok, where she was rumored to have an extramarital affair. In front of the court, he also told the last conversation he had with Bedrie before she ended her life with phostoxin.
"I told the bride not to worry about the photos that are on TikTok, because they can take one for me too. We had arguments, but I never violated the bride. When it was mentioned in the hospital I told her why did you do this and she said I was very upset. The night before I discussed with the bride that I will leave for Greece. I told him that wherever you go out, shopping, or anywhere else, hang out with a child, not just while your photos are still on TikTok, so that no one talks. After that she got angry and in the morning what happened happened" , he declared.
Xhemal's mother and brother have taken the same position.
But these statements do not coincide with those given by the children of the deceased to the police. While Xhemal Loka will remain in prison, the prosecution is investigating to discover the true motive of this act and to find the authors of the distribution of denigrating and bullying materials on TikTok./ Tv Klan
