Over 100 thousand euros were stolen, 2 Albanians were arrested in Italy

A gang responsible for several thefts at electronics stores has been busted by Italian police.

On the morning of Thursday 2 May, the Carabinieri of Castiglione delle Stiviere (Mn) and Salò executed a detention order, issued by the investigating judge of Mantova, against two people.

It is about two people of Albanian nationality: they were tracked down and arrested in the apartment in Soiano del Lago, which they used as a logistics base.

According to the investigators, they would be responsible for the numerous thefts committed in chain stores known as Trony in the Brescia area, but also in the provinces of Mantua and Vicenza.

The investigations reconstructed the scheme of the gang's modus operandi, always characterized by preliminary controls. It is being investigated whether the gang was also composed of other people.
