The file for 4 minors who killed their peer in Gramsh with a knife in May 2023 is sent for trial.
The main suspected perpetrator of the crime is Orgito Çarçiu, who, if found guilty, risks up to 12 years in prison.
The file was accepted by the court with all the charges requested by the prosecution.
Despite the claims of the defense that not all minors should be tried for "murder in qualifying circumstances in collaboration" the request was rejected and the trial continues with the same charge for all 4.
A decision is also expected for the other arrested persons, namely for; Ergi Karaj, Steven Murati, Jonathan Çekrezi.
The serious event happened on May 16 of this year in the city of Gramshit.
The family members of the four minors who are accused of the criminal offenses "Murder in collaboration" and "Possessing weapons without a permit" are also present in the court.
