Dritan Hakaj, 45 years old of Albanian origin, lost his life after being shot with a gun.
According to foreign media , he died in front of a building on via Varese in Garbagnate Milanese, north of Milan, after a fight with the husband of a girl with whom Hakaj had an extramarital affair.
The author of the serious event is Walter Budri, 78 years old, Italian pensioner.
From the first investigations, it seems that Hakaj frequented the house where Budri lived with his wife, also Albanian. But at 3 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, the 45-year-old arrives drunk at the couple's apartment. He attacks the woman, in front of her 11-year-old son. At that moment, the 51-year-old tries to leave to protect herself. Her husband was also at home. He takes the gun, a Beretta 22 caliber, and heads towards Hakaj.
At that moment he fired the first two shots. The gunman followed him until they met again at the entrance to the palace. Where the incident happened.
